CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations accepted. Request a cancellation: within 48 hours of purchase.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any VAT or customs added to the package when shipped back to us. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@exodoscopenhagen.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

EXCEPTIONS RETURN POLICY
Custom orders and laser engraved orders cannot be returned.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges, but buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and any VAT or customs added to the package when shipped back to us as well as return shipping costs to your country Please, contact us at info@exodoscopenhagen.com for more information.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days except original shipping fee and any VAT or customs added to the package when shipped back to Cyprus. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
